SALVIMAR Ellipsis Spearfishing SnorkelExperience the pinnacle of stealth and efficiency in underwater hunting with the SALVIMAR Ellipsis Spearfishing Snorkel. Meticulously engineered for the dedicated spearfisher and freediver, the Ellipsis is designed to become a seamless extension of the diver, optimizing every aspect of your surface preparation for a deeper, quieter, and more successful dive. Its minimalist and hydrodynamic profile is a testament to a design philosophy where performance and reliability are paramount. The core of the Ellipsis´s superior performance lies in its innovative, soft elliptical tube. This unique shape is not just for aesthetics, it is a functional masterpiece designed to cut through the water with minimal resistance, reducing drag and eliminating vibrations that can alert prey. Its ergonomic, curved profile allows the snorkel to hug the side of your head, preventing it from catching on lines, kelp, or gear, and ensuring it remains perfectly stable even in strong currents or while turning your head quickly. This adherence to the head significantly enhances hydrodynamics, allowing you to conserve precious energy at the surface.Comfort during extended periods in the water is crucial, and the Ellipsis delivers with an exceptional preformed mouthpiece. Crafted from soft, hypoallergenic silicone, it is anatomically designed to rest comfortably on both dental arches, drastically reducing jaw fatigue often associated with standard snorkels. An internal vertical lamella within the mouthpiece is a key innovation, preventing the airway from compressing under pressure and ingeniously reducing the noise of your breathing—a critical advantage for a stealthy approach to wary fish.Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication, and the Ellipsis embraces this principle with its valveless and splashguard-free design. This Standards approach is favored by elite spearfishers for its unmatched reliability and silent operation. With no moving parts to fail or make noise, and no gurgling from a purge valve, your presence in the water remains discreet. Clearing the snorkel is effortless and instantaneous, requiring only a small puff of air. The extended tube length ensures you can breathe easily at the surface, taking in maximum air for your next descent even when the sea is choppy.Customization is key to a perfect fit. The SALVIMAR Ellipsis features a unique attachment system where the mouthpiece connects to the tube via three elastic mechanical seals. This allows you to rotate the mouthpiece to the exact angle that suits your facial structure and preference, whether you place the snorkel on the left or right side. Once positioned, the friction between the components holds it securely, ensuring it won't shift during your dive, all while maintaining a perfect watertight seal.Features:- Snorkel Composed Of A Preformed Mouthpiece In Hypoallergenic Silicone Designed To Rest Properly On The Two Dental Arches.- The Mouthpiece Is Characterized By An Internal Vertical Lamella Which Serves To Prevent The Compression Of The Respiratory Canal And Reduce The Noise Of Breathing.- Tube In Soft Pvc With Elliptical Shape, Designed To Increase The Airflow, Thanks To Its Curved Shape It Remains Perfectly Adherent To The Head.- The Length Of The Tube Allows Breathing Even In Rough Seas.- The Mouthpiece Is Attached To The Elliptical Tube With Three Elastic Mechanical Seals That Allow To Rotate The Mouthpiece While Maintaining Its Watertightness.- Internally, The Fitting Does Not Create Indentations, This Avoids Swirls That Would Undermine Respiratory Efficiency.- The Elipses Snorkel Can Be Positioned At Will On The Preferred Side Of The Head, Once The Correct Position Has Been Found The Friction Between The Two Parts Prevents It From Moving.Technical Specifications:* Type: Adult* Design: Standards* Top: Without splashguard. tradeinn Diveinn
