Sanchez Romate Cream Iberia NV is made from Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grapes, this superb sweet wine is rich and smooth, with aromatic tones of oak and fragrant fruit. Its harmonious, stimulating depth makes it a perfect accompaniment for sweet desserts. A cream sherry is essentially a blend of old dry oloroso sherry and sweet Pedro Ximenez Sherry.
