Sandtex 10 Year Exterior Multi-Surface Gloss is a water-based coating designed to provide up to 10 years of durable protection for a wide range of exterior surfaces. The finish is a soft low shine and it is mould resistant, flexible, and formulated to resist cracking and flaking when used as part of the 2-step system with the 10 Year Exterior Primer Undercoat. Suitable substrates include wood, weathered PVC-u, brick, concrete, stone, aluminium, and non-ferrous metal. The product is quick to dry, with touch-dry times of 1–2 hours, and there is a low VOC formulation to minimise odour and environmental impact. Each can contains 750 ml of paint, delivering a long-lasting finish suitable for exterior trim and surface projects. When applied according to the manufacturer’s instructions, it offers up to 10 years of protection.
