Sandtex 5L Slate Grey Masonry Paint

Sandtex Microseal Smooth Masonry paint offers long-lasting protection for exterior walls, delivering up to 15 years of weather resistance.Featuring advanced Microseal technology, the breathable coating allows moisture to escape while preventing rain from soaking into the substrate. It has a dirt-resistant and fungicidal formula that inhibits mould and algae growth, helping surfaces stay cleaner over time. The paint is rainproof in just one hour and provides excellent coverage on render, concrete and pebbledash. It offers a professional-grade, smooth finish that remains flexible and resistant to cracking, peeling and flaking under harsh environmental conditions. Water-based and easy to apply, it supports movement in exterior substrates while maintaining its colour and integrity.

It can be applied by brush, roller or spray, offering versatile application for different project sizes and shapes.

Coverage is typically 12–16 sq metres per litre, with two coats recommended. The product is rainproof in just one hour, and drying times are approximately 3–4 hours for touch dry and 3–4 hours for re-coat.
