Sandtex Brickwork Waterproof Protector - Clear is a ready-to-use silicone-based sealer designed for porous surfaces. It forms a water-repellent barrier that helps protect brickwork, render, concrete, stone, terracotta and plaster from the damaging effects of rain, frost, ice and snow. The formulation is breathable, allowing moisture to escape so the surface can dry under normal conditions, which reduces the likelihood of frost-related damage. It dries to a clear, invisible coating, maintaining the natural appearance of treated surfaces while offering long-lasting protection.

The product is suitable for a wide range of brickwork finishes and can be applied by brush or roller. It is intended to penetrate below the surface to help prevent water ingress, while still letting the material breathe. The coating has a practical drying window and can be re-coated within a short time if required.

1. Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean and free from loose material.
2. Apply the first coat using a brush.
3. Apply a second coat within 1 hour of the first.
4. Allow 4 - 6 hours to dry completely.
