Sandtex Microseal Smooth Masonry Paint is a water-based, breathable masonry paint designed to protect and beautify exterior surfaces. It forms a microporous seal that blocks water ingress while allowing the surface to breathe, contributing to long-lasting protection and a finished appearance. The formulation resists mould, algae, and dirt, and is suitable for use on most sound, dry exterior surfaces after two coats. The product offers up to 15 years of durability and dries to touch in a few hours, with a re-coat window of a few hours. It can be applied by brush, roller, or spray and is compatible with a range of common exterior substrates including render, roughcast, pebbledash, concrete, building blocks, facing bricks, and previously painted surfaces.
