Sandtex Ultra Smooth Masonry Paint in Black is a water-based, breathable acrylic coating designed for exterior masonry surfaces. The 2.5L system provides a durable, low-sheen finish that resists cracking, peeling, and flaking while allowing moisture to escape to help prevent blistering. Its dirt-resistant technology helps keep walls cleaner for longer, reducing maintenance. Suitable for brickwork, render, and concrete on substrates such as roughcast, pebbledash, and smooth rendered walls, the paint aims to deliver a contemporary look with an ultra-smooth appearance. Drying times are quick, with touch dry in 1–2 hours and recoat in 4–6 hours, and it can be applied by brush, roller, or spray. For best results, apply within a temperature range of 10°C to 25°C. The product includes antimicrobial-like protection through Microseal technology and is designed to provide long-lasting protection against weather exposure.
