Sandtex Microseal Smooth Masonry Paint is a water-based, breathable exterior coating engineered with microporous technology. It forms a seal against water ingress while allowing the surface to breathe, helping to protect masonry and maintain a clean, finished appearance. The paint offers up to 15 years of trusted durability, with a formulation that resists mould and algae growth and helps keep dirt from accumulating. It dries to a smooth finish and becomes rainproof in about an hour, enabling projects to proceed even with changing weather. Each 1 litre jar covers approximately 12 to 16 square metres per litre when two coats are applied, with touch dry times of 3–4 hours and re-coat suitability after that period.
