Sandtex Microseal Smooth Masonry Paint is a water-based coating designed to protect and beautify exterior masonry. Engineered with advanced microporous Microseal technology, it forms a seal against water ingress while allowing surfaces to breathe for long-lasting protection and a sleek finish. The paint covers 12-16 square meters per litre, with two coats recommended for optimal protection and finish. It dries to touch in 3-4 hours and can be recoated after 3-4 hours. Suitable for most sound, dry exterior surfaces such as render, roughcast, pebbledash, concrete, building blocks, facing bricks, and previously painted surfaces, it resists mould, algae, and dirt and becomes rainproof in about an hour. It is breathable, dirt-resistant, and includes a two-way breathable surface to manage moisture, with a unique wax-based protection against the elements.
