Sandtex Microseal Smooth Masonry Paint is a water-based, breathable coating designed to protect and beautify exterior walls. Engineered with advanced microporous technology, it seals against water ingress while letting the surface breathe, helping to guard against mould and algae and keeping dirt from sticking. The product is suitable for most sound, dry exterior surfaces and is designed to be applied in two coats for optimal protection and finish. It offers long-lasting durability, with a 15-year guarantee in suitable conditions.

The paint is compatible with brushes, rollers, or spray application, and can be used on render, roughcast, pebbledash, concrete, building blocks, facing bricks, and previously painted surfaces. It is not suitable for common, Fletton, or engineering type bricks. The finish is designed to be dirt resistant and easy to maintain a clean appearance, while remaining breathable to prevent moisture buildup.
