This Scanpan CTX 20cm Saucepan with Lid has a 5-ply multi-layer construction of aluminium and stainless steel for optimum heat distribution without hot spots. Perfect for making sauces and general boiling and simmering tasks. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, this saucepan is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C. The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results. In fact Scanpan's Stratanium non-stick coating is so good it is designed for fat-free frying so you only ever need add oil or fat for flavouring purposes, making it a healthy choice for the kitchen.The stylish brushed steel exterior contrasts beautifully with the black interior. A comfortable, riveted handle transfers very little heat. Complete with helper handle. The stylish steel lid with its glass centre is also oven proof to 260°C.
