Scheppach HMS1070 Planer Thicknesser 1500W 254mm Width 120mm Height Dual HS Blade Tilting Fence 2mm Chip Removal

TWO-IN-ONE MACHINE: The planer combines surface planing and thicknessing in one benchtop machine. Its 1500W motor drives a twin-blade cutterblock at 8500rpm, providing a 254mm working width for preparing timber. SURFACE PLANING CAPACITY: The wood planer has a 920x264mm die-cast aluminium table and a 635mm guide fence that tilts from 90-135°, allowing straight surface planing and angled edge work. CONTROLLED THICKNESSING: As a thicknesser planer for wood, the HMS1070 accepts boards up to 254mm wide and 6-120mm thick. Crank adjustment and a 7.2m/min automatic feed help produce a consistent final thickness. ADJUSTABLE CUTTING DEPTH: The electric plane function removes up to 2mm of material per pass, helping level uneven timber before boards are thicknessed to the required size. DUST EXTRACTION READY: The thickness planer has a 76mm outlet for connection to a suitable dust extractor, helping collect wood shavings during use and keep the surrounding work area cleaner.
