Cut-out design – can be easily adjusted to the desired size. Feet stay dry and cool all day. Available in S and L sizes – for a custom fit. How to use: Remove old insoles from shoes, if they are removable. Place the Scholl Gel Activ insoles in your shoes to check the fit. If necessary, cut out the insoles along the marked lines, using the old insole or size guide as a template. Insert the insoles into the shoes with the black and orange foam side facing down . Recommended: replace insoles every 6 months or when signs of wear appear. Precautions and contraindications: Do not use the product in contact with injured or irritated skin.
