Scottish Lorne Sausage Complete Mix 250g (Gluten Free)

A traditional Scottish Lorne (square sausage) seasoning. A premium blend of spices created to give the perfect authentic lorne taste. Use 250g mix per 2kg minced meat, includes rusk. This pack will make 2.5kg of sausages. Use with beef, chicken, pork, lamb or alternative! Simply add this seasoning to minced meat & water. No need to fill into a skin, this sausage is traditionally shaped as a square slice. The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the sausage. Leave sausage meat in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat. Shape using a lorne tin and slice.
