Se Busca Anejo Mezcal 70cl, 40% ABV Small Batch Handcrafted Artisanal

Se Busca Añejo is a small batch, handcrafted, artisanal Mezcal produced at the family-run Lopez Sosa distillery in San Juan del Rio, Oaxaca, Mexico. Se Busca Añejo is aged for at least 12 months in French Oak ex-sherry casks and is made with 100% Espadin agave. Specifically made with a lighter smoke profile, the flavours of our perfectly cooked, hand-harvested agave shine through with rich, sweet & complex notes of oak, dates, raisins and green vegetables, with an incredible, long finish. Unlike other mezcals and in true rebel fashion, our roasting methods diverge because we use indirect heat to slowly-roast the fresh picked agave allowing the flavour of the agave to not be overpowered by the smoke. Se Busca signature smokiness enhances, but does not dominate the liquid. Unlike most mezcal brands, Se Busca is specifically created to have a lighter smoke profile, resulting in an approachable, sweet yet complex liquid.
