Engineered for reliability and convenience, this compact system automates water drainage, giving you peace of mind and more time to enjoy the water. The heart of this system is a powerful yet efficient 750 GPH submersible pump, designed to handle significant water flow with ease. Its fully automatic operation is controlled by an integrated float switch, which activates the pump only when water is present and shuts it off once the sump box is empty. This intelligent design prevents dry running, conserves battery power, and ensures a completely hands-free experience. This is a Multi-Port Shower Sump. It includes a submersible pump with a float switch and an internal check valve that prevents water back siphoning. This crucial feature ensures that once water is pumped out, it stays out, preventing unpleasant odors and messy backflow into your drains and bilge.Versatility is a key benefit of the SEAFLO Shower Sump. Featuring multiple inlet ports of varying sizes, it can accommodate drainage lines from several fixtures simultaneously. This simplifies your boat´s plumbing, reducing the need for multiple through-hull fittings and complex hose routing. The system is housed in a robust, durable case with a clear, screw-down cover. This transparent lid allows for quick visual inspection of the pump and float switch, while the sealed design prevents splashes and leaks. For maintenance, the lid is easily removed, providing instant access to the internal mesh filter, which traps hair and debris to protect the pump from clogs and ensure long-lasting, trouble-free performance.Installation is straightforward, thanks to the compact footprint and pre-drilled mounting feet. The low-profile design allows it to fit in tight spaces within the bilge or under cabin floors. Built to meet rigorous marine standards, the pump is ignition protected for safe operation in gasoline-powered boat engine compartments.
