The tape is waterproof and allows the skin to breathe, making it safe to use for several days. It is latex-free. Indications The medical device is recommended for use in the case of: strains, sprains and injuries. How to use a medical device The product should be applied 30 minutes before activity. Avoid stretching the ends of the tape. Before applying the tape, the skin to which it is to be applied should be cleaned. After application, rub the tape firmly to activate the adhesive. For better adhesion, trim excess hair on the skin. To remove the tape, gently peel it off the skin, preferably while bathing. Do not tear it off! Always use the appropriate amount of tension per application. Edges and corners can be trimmed as long as they do not adhere to the skin.
