Because it works deep inside the tooth, you don't have to worry about it being removed when you eat or drink. It removes plaque and contains fluoride to protect against cavities. Active ingredients: Sodium fluoride 1450ppmF Potassium nitrate 5% w/w Ingredients: Aqua, Sorbitol, Hydrated Silica, Glycerin, Potassium Nitrate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Flavor, Xanthan Gum, Titanium Dioxide, Sodium Fluoride, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Hydroxide, Sucralose, Limonene, CI 42090. Instructions for use: Adults and children 12 years and older: Apply a pea-sized amount to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush daily, twice a day and no more than three times a day, for at least 1 minute each time, minimizing swallowing, and rinse. Be sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Children under 12 years of age: Do not use for children under 12 years of age unless recommended by a dentist or doctor. Warnings and Precautions: Keep out of reach of children.
