This universal engine cooling fan temperature control switch has an operating temperature of 210°F (approximately 99°C) and features 3/8-inch NPT threads, making it suitable for installing the switch onto the standard interface of the engine block or radiator. The product is designed for universal use and is widely compatible with various gasoline engine cooling systems that use standard 3/8-inch NPT threaded interfaces. It can be used to replace old switches or install independent temperature controlled fans. Its core function is to monitor the coolant temperature, start when the temperature reaches the preset 210°F, automatically connect the circuit of the radiator or condenser fan to help cool the engine, and automatically turn off when the temperature reaches 195°F. The main body of the switch housing is made of brass material, which has good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. The interior adopts a bimetallic temperature control structure. During installation, wrap the raw material tape around the installation thread and screw it into the threaded hole. Use a 17mm wrench to tighten it, and finally connect the power cord and fan control cable.
