SHIMANO Exsence Silent Assassin 163F: The Ultimate Long-Range Floating MinnowUnleash the pinnacle of inshore and coastal lure technology with the SHIMANO Exsence Silent Assassin 163F. Engineered for the discerning angler targeting wary predators like sea bass, this floating minnow is a masterclass in design, delivering unparalleled casting performance and a lifelike action that fish find irresistible. When you need to reach distant fish holding in shallow water or feeding on the surface, the Silent Assassin is your definitive choice. At the heart of this lure´s exceptional capability is SHIMANO´s revolutionary AR-C / JET BOOST moving weight technology. This internal system uses a spring-loaded piston to shift the lure´s center of gravity during the cast, creating a stable, bullet-like trajectory that cuts through the wind. The result is a significant increase in casting distance and pinpoint accuracy, allowing you to cover more water and present your lure precisely where the fish are, far beyond the reach of conventional minnows. The Exsence Silent Assassin is not just about distance, it´s about deception. It is equipped with SHIMANO´s proprietary FLASH BOOST technology, which features an internal, spring-suspended reflective plate. This mirror-like foil catches and reflects light, creating a continuous, enticing flash even when the lure is paused or drifting. This constant shimmer mimics the natural flash of a distressed baitfish, triggering aggressive strikes from predators who believe they have spotted an easy meal.To complete the visual illusion, the lure´s exterior is finished with SHIMANO´s incredibly realistic SCALE BOOST holographic film. This three-dimensional pattern perfectly replicates the intricate scale detail and light-refracting properties of a real baitfish, fooling even the most cautious and pressure-sensitive game fish in clear water conditions.Key Benefits and Action:The Silent Assassin 163F has a tight, rolling action on a steady retrieve that can be easily manipulated with twitches and jerks of the rod tip, causing it to dart erratically from side to side like a fleeing baitfish. Its floating design for fishing the top layers and surface makes it the perfect tool for working over shallow reefs, weed beds, and sand flats. On the pause, the lure rises slowly towards the surface, a movement that often proves to be the final trigger for a following fish to commit. While this 163mm model provides a substantial profile for attracting larger specimens, the Exsence Silent Assassin is also available in the hugely popular 12.9cm, perfect for sea bass fishing in a wide range of scenarios. Whether you are casting from the shore into a headwind or targeting surface-feeding frenzies from a boat, this lure provides the performance and realism needed to turn a challenging day into a memorable one.Features:* Equipped with AR-C system for increased casting distance and accuracy, enabling you to reach fish that others can´t.* FLASH BOOST technology ensures the lure is always working for you, emitting an attractive flash even when stationary.* SCALE BOOST 3D holographic finish provides an unmatched level of realism to deceive the wariest of predators.* A stable yet responsive rolling and wobbling action that can be customized with various retrieve techniques.* Floating design for fishing the top layers and surface, ideal for shallow water applications and topwater strikes.Technical Specifications:* Model: SHIMANO Exsence Silent Assassin 163F* Type: Floating Minnow* Length: 163 mm* Weight: 32 g* Length Range: 151-205 mm* Weight Range: 30-49 gr* Diving Depth: Approx. 0.3m - 0.8m. tradeinn Waveinn
