Shimano Ultegra XTE Surfcasting Reel: Master the Surf with Unmatched Casting DistanceDominate the surf and achieve unparalleled casting distances with the Shimano Ultegra XTE Surfcasting Reel. Meticulously engineered for the dedicated surf angler who demands power, precision, and performance, the Ultegra XTE is built to conquer the most challenging saltwater environments. This reel is packed with Shimano´s flagship technologies, delivering an exceptional experience from the moment you make your first cast to the final turn of the handle when battling a trophy fish.At the core of the Ultegra XTE´s superior performance is its incredible casting ability. Featuring Shimano´s state-of-the-art Super Slow 5 Oscillation, the reel lays line onto the spool with incredible precision. This perfect line lay dramatically reduces friction as the line flies off the spool during a cast, translating into significant gains in distance and accuracy. This is further enhanced by the Parallel Body design, which aligns the reel perfectly with the rod to minimise line slap, and Rigid Cast technology, which reduces spool deflection under the immense force of a powerful cast, ensuring optimal line release every time.Internally, the Ultegra XTE is a testament to Shimano´s commitment to strength and smoothness. It is equipped with HAGANE Gear, which is cold-forged for immense durability and long-lasting smoothness. This is complemented by X-SHIP and Infinity Drive technology, which work in synergy to provide remarkably efficient and powerful winding, even under heavy loads. You´ll feel an incredibly light and smooth handle rotation, giving you the cranking power needed to control large fish in strong currents. The addition of Silent Drive technology eliminates any unnecessary noise and handle play, resulting in a supremely quiet and refined operation that allows you to feel every bit of feedback from your line.Constructed from Shimano´s exclusive CI4+ material, the body of the Ultegra XTE is both incredibly lightweight and exceptionally rigid. This reduces overall weight for less fatigue during long fishing sessions, while ensuring that all the internal components remain in perfect alignment under pressure for maximum efficiency and longevity. The Ultegra XTE is a high-performance casting machine designed to provide serious surf anglers with the confidence to cast further, fight harder, and land more fish.Ultegra Xte Surfcasting Reel.Specifications:- Gear Ratio: 4.3:1- Maximum Drag Force (Kg): 20- Maximum Drag Force (Lb): 44- Weight (G): 585- Weight (Oz): 20.6- Line Capacity / Nylon Mono (Lb-Yd): 12-600, 16-440, 20-330- Line Capacity / Nylon Mono (Mm-M): 0.35-550, 0.40-400, 0.45-300- Line Retrieve Per Crank (cm): 103- Line Retrieve Per Crank (inch): 41- Handle Length (mm): 90- Ball Bearings: 4+1. tradeinn Waveinn

Based on Shimano’s best-selling models, the Ultegra XTE and XSE are poised to redefine the mid-range big pit reel scene. These big pits with sleek monochromatic bodies now include many additional new leading Shimano ‘long cast’ technologies and will exceed your expectations. Only Shimano reels possess Super Slow Oscillation, which is a good enough reason to purchase the Ultegra XTE or XSE. But also think of all the other technologies in these impossible to ignore bigpit star players. Not only will these reels allow you to cast further, they will fish better, last longer and look great under any rod you pair them with. If you prefer dark “stealth-like” colours, the XTE is your choice. If you’re more enamored with lighter silver or gray reels, then the XSE would probably appeal to you the most. Whichever one you choose, you can be sure you’ve made a good decision. Hidden in the stiff lightweight CI4+ body is a selection of Shimano’s most advanced reel technology. HAGANE Gear and X-SHIP combine with Infinity Drive and Silent Drive for amazing smoothness and lightweight rotation. However, don’t be fooled. Test the Ultegra to the max on the fly and the reel will produce the power you need and more. And while the internal reel technology is a work of art, it’s the casting performance that you want to own this reel for. The Super Slow 5 Oscillation generates an amazingly smooth line travel that has been proven to reduce friction and increase your casting potential. As if that wasn’t enough…there’s more. The following features also contribute to the perfect performance of the reel. Rigid Cast reduces the deflection of the spool at the moment of release during the cast and Parallel Body sends the line at the perfect angle to the starting guide of the rod. As the line passes over the aluminum AR-C spool, it reduces friction. The end result of all this is a workhorse and casting canon that you have never seen before in this price range!
