The Shire Loft 2 Storey Kids Wooden Playhouse (8' x 5'6 / 2.40m x 1.67m) is built in Britain to high standards, using durable 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding on a sturdy frame. It features a weatherproof roof, shatterproof glazing and a thoughtful design that provides light, ventilation and plenty of play space both on the ground floor and in the loft. The playhouse complies with safety standards BS EN 71-1:2014 and has a 10-year anti-rot guarantee when dip-treated and retreatment is carried out per manufacturer guidelines.

Its attractive exterior includes scalloped barge boards, a diamond-shaped finial and decorative shutters, with two window boxes to personalise the space. The interior is bright and child-friendly, with a single door secured by a magnetic safety catch, three ground-floor opening windows, a fixed loft window, and a wooden ladder that leads to an upper play area. All glazing is shatterproof styrene for added peace of mind. The floor is 12mm tongue and groove, and the apex roof uses 11mm OSB with a weatherproof felt cover, keeping the interior dry and comfortable.
