Suitable length - The 44 mm length fits perfectly for normal mountain bike rims, the longer 60 mm version fits well for slightly higher rims e.g. for road bike or gravel. - 80 mm is suitable for road bike aero rims. Valve can be removed - You can simply unscrew the valve with a suitable tool to fill the tubeless milk with a syringe through the valve.
