Sigma Photo Ex-55 Polarizing Filter. SIGMA PHOTO EX-55 Polarizing FilterElevate your photography and protect your valuable optics with the SIGMA Ex Drop-In Normal Rear Filter. Engineered for photographers who demand uncompromised image quality and seamless integration with their SIGMA super-telephoto lenses, this filter is an essential accessory for capturing stunning, crystal-clear images. Designed with the precision and optical excellence synonymous with the SIGMA brand, this filter ensures that your creative vision is rendered with maximum fidelity, free from unwanted atmospheric interference. This high-performance filter is specifically crafted as a 46mm Normal Rear Filter, designed to fit perfectly within the SIGMA A00090 Rear Filter Holder system. This drop-in design is a superior solution for large-diameter super-telephoto lenses where front-mounted filters are impractical. By placing the filter at the rear of the lens, it maintains the lens´s delicate optical balance and ensures consistent performance across the entire frame, without introducing vignetting or compromising sharpness. It becomes an integral part of your optical system, working in harmony with your lens to produce breathtaking results. The primary function of this filter is to reduce the negative impact of ultraviolet (UV) light. By incorporating advanced UV filtering technology, it effectively cuts through atmospheric haze, which can often cause a loss of contrast and a bluish cast in images, especially when shooting distant landscapes, mountains, or coastal scenes. The result is a significant improvement in overall image clarity, with more vibrant colors and sharper, more defined details. Subjects appear crisper and more present, giving your photographs a professional, polished look right out of the camera.Beyond its optical benefits, this drop-in filter serves a crucial protective role. It acts as a robust barrier, safeguarding the delicate and often inaccessible rear element of your expensive super-telephoto lens from dust, moisture, fingerprints, and potential scratches. This added layer of protection provides invaluable peace of mind, particularly when working in challenging outdoor environments, allowing you to focus on your craft without worrying about damaging your gear.Crafted to SIGM´s exacting standards, the filter guarantees a secure, light-tight fit within the A00090 holder, preventing any stray light from entering the optical path and causing flare or ghosting. Its construction ensures durability and reliability, making it a trusted component in any professional´s camera bag. For the discerning wildlife, sports, or landscape photographer using SIGM´s advanced telephoto lenses, the SIGMA Ex Drop-In Normal Rear Filter is not just an accessory, but a fundamental tool for preserving optical integrity and enhancing image quality.Features:* 46mm Normal Rear Filter: Perfectly sized for a seamless drop-in experience.* UV Light Reduction: Comprises high-quality UV filters, which effectively reduce ultraviolet light to cut through haze and improve image clarity.* Dedicated Compatibility: Designed exclusively for use with the SIGMA A00090 Rear Filter Holder, ensuring a perfect and secure fit.Specifications:* Size: 46 mm. tradeinn Techinn
