Sika Everflex 335 Construction Silicone 295ml

The product is a low-modulus, fast-curing silicone sealant designed for a variety of interior and exterior sealing applications. It provides a weather-tight, waterproof seal with flexible, permanent elasticity and can accommodate joint movement of around 20%. It offers mold and fungal resistance, helping prevent black mould growth in high-humidity areas, and bonds to a wide range of substrates including PVCu, brick, glass, aluminium, plastics, and timber. Suitable for general construction joints, glazing, perimeter pointing, draught-proofing, and weather sealing around frames and panels.

Applications and specs

Color: Transparent. Size: 310 ml cartridge. Curing time: approximately 0.5 hours. Temperature resistance: -40°C to 150°C. Compatible with PVCu, glass, metal, timber, and most common building substrates. Suitable for use with standard mastic or sealant guns. For optimal adhesion on porous surfaces, priming or compatible primers are recommended. Typical uses include general construction joints, glazing, perimeter sealing and pointing, weather sealing for pre-formed panels and formwork, cap glazing and remedial glazing, and general draughtproofing.
