Sika MultiSeal is a self-adhesive bituminous sealing tape for sealing cracks and joints in both domestic and commercial settings. It consists of aluminium foil reinforced by polyester film and coated with a cold-adhesive bituminous compound. It is used to seal cracks and joints in roofs, chimneys, skylights, tiles, cladding, flashings, general building works, terraces, walls, parapets, metal work, duct work, gutters, down pipes, and pipe penetrations. It's also suitable for leaking pipes, showers, and gulleys. It is quick to apply, even in low temperatures, and offers excellent adhesion to most substrates. It is UV resistant, water and weatherproof, and bitumen resistant. The tape is self-adhesive, easy to overlap, and can be painted over. Store in original container in cool, dry conditions away from ignition sources. Shelf life is 24 months if containers are tightly sealed and undamaged. Large orders may have a 10-12 day lead time.
