Sikafloor-245 Level Deep Fill Ultra is a 1-part, cement-based smoothing and resurfacing compound designed to level very uneven floors and screeds to a depth of up to 50 mm in a single coat. It produces a free-flowing, trowellable mix when mixed as directed and is suitable for internal and external use. The product can be used to level floors prior to laying ceramic and thermoplastic tiles, lino, wood block flooring, or carpet, and is compatible with underfloor heating systems beneath cables, pipes, or heated screeds. It provides low shrinkage and allows trafficable or overlaid surfaces after a short curing time, enabling deep filling in a single application.
