SikaStabilising Solution, also described as a stabilising solution, is a high performance primer formulated as a microscopically fine polymer emulsion designed to penetrate dusty, chalky, and badly weathered surfaces. It creates a stable, sound base for subsequent decoration with paint, wallpaper, or tiling, and is suitable for both interior and exterior use. It can be applied to plaster, rendering, pebble-dash/stucco, existing painted surfaces, brickwork, and blockwork. The product dries quickly and is ready to use, stabilising and binding friable surfaces to allow overcoating with a variety of finishes.
