Silent Pool Distillers Handcrafted Gin Cordial (Apricot Amaro, 50cl)

50cl, 22% ABV - A great introduction to our Silent Pool Distillers range of small batch, handcrafted spirits and a fantastic Christmas gift for gin collectors too. English apricots are steeped in gin for three months to extract the rich fruit flavour and vibrant amber hue. Infused with a secret blend of herbs and spices. Slightly sweetened to create a well-rounded and delicious aperitif. To serve: Enjoy over ice and topped with bubbly and soda water for a sophisticated spritz, garnished with a twist of orange and a sprig of thyme or rosemary. Alternatively serve neat as an aperitif in the classic Italian style.
