HELPS MAINTAIN AN OPTIMAL HEALING ENVIRONMENT The open mesh construction allows wound exudate to pass freely into a secondary absorbent dressing whilst maintaining close contact with the wound surface. This helps support moist wound healing without adhering to newly formed tissue.
