Old Tom Gin Aged in Oloroso Sherry Casks to create a limited release VSOG. Aging in the cask has added delicious silky spice, a hint of vanilla, dried fruit and sweet smokiness. Serve As a perfect after dinner digestif or can be used for a riff on a classic cocktail such as a Martinez or an Old Fashioned.
