The printed 5mm squares fade subtly into the background as you write making your notes appear more prominent on the page. Each sheet is micro-perforated and punched with 4 holes so that pages can easily be removed for filing in all standard ring binders and lever arch files. Made from 100% recyclable materials, the paper fibres from this book can be recycled up to 6 times helping to protect and preserve the environment.
