A4 refill pad containing 320 pages (160 sheets) of high quality 75gsm paper enabling you to write on both sides of every sheet without ever having to worry about showthrough. The feint ruled lines and margin fade subtly into the background as you write making your notes appear more prominent on the page. Each sheet is micro-perforated and punched with 4 holes so that pages can easily be removed for filing in all standard ring binders and lever arch files. Made from 100% recyclable materials, the paper fibres from this book can be recycled up to 6 times helping to protect and preserve the environment.
