Usage

1. Apply from the base of lashes to tips using light zigzag motions.
2. Reapply without waiting for complete drying between layers to build volume.
3. For a full effect, apply to lower lashes as well.
4. Coat upper lashes from root to tip; multiple coats allowed for desired intensity.
