We distil exactingly to the London Dry style, using the ‘one shot’ method in a modern take on a traditional pot still, and unlike 98% of the world's gin, we never use the concentrate method for our London Dry gins. All this makes a multi award-winning signature gin, taking the Gold Medal at the World Gin Awards. DISTILLED IN OXFORDSHIRE: Our celebrated Liberation gin was developed by the creative team of Rachel Hicks and her husband, Master Distiller Andy Parsons, at the Sky Wave Distillery in Oxfordshire. This fantastic London Dry Gin is crafted with 9 lovingly selected botanicals, delivering a flavourful experience. Juniper and coriander dominate the palate but are balanced with zesty lemon and subtle, lifted vanilla notes. With a rounded sweetness on the medium finish this is a very pleasing spirit. BORN OF LOVE, INSPIRED BY NATURE: Our newly released London Dry began as a birthday gift from our Master Distiller to his wife. The experience of Lockdown shaped and evolved the gin further, as we began to notice the reemerging nature all around us, and reflected this in our botanicals to create a pleasingly smooth, reassuringly traditional gin.
