High-quality Aria designer pendant light – designed by Zaha Hadid The impressive Aria pendant light captivates with its radial structure consisting of 50 different "arms" that create a three-dimensional volume. The light from Slamp is made from specially manufactured materials. The high-quality technopolymers are particularly resistant to UV radiation and heat and have been treated with an antistatic coating to repel dust. The Lentiflex® used ensures warm and even light emission, while the Cristalflex® gives the pendant light, made of a lightweight yet break-resistant material, the grace and preciousness of glass. This design object can be used to effectively decorate both modern and timelessly furnished rooms. The breathtaking design was created by architect and Pritzker Architecture Prize winner Zaha Hadid. The architecture professor and designer is known for her extraordinary and dynamic designs. TIMES magazine included her in its list of the "100 most influential people in the world" and Queen Elizabeth II appointed her a Dame Commander of the British Empire in 2012. Hadid's style has been described by her business partner Patrik Schumacher as "elegance of orderly complexity and impression of seamless fluidity", which would also correspond to "natural systems". Italian lighting manufacturer Slamp was founded in 1992 by Roberto Ziliani and attaches particular importance to sustainability and the development of innovative materials. Accordingly, the company developed technopolymers. These materials make it possible to create shapes and effects that would be impossible with other materials. The plastics developed in-house and the lights produced from them showcase Slamp's strengths. The innovative materials are robust, yet very light and particularly environmentally friendly, as they contribute to a fourfold reduction in environmental costs compared to the alternatives.
