These Forgefix Sleeve Anchors are designed for through fixing to provide ease of use and speed of installation. The sleeve wedge cones maximize expansion even in shallow anchoring depths, while the reduced outside sleeve diameter relative to the thread size allows for smaller hole sizes, reducing stress in base materials. The anchors are Zinc Yellow Passivated, increasing corrosion resistance and enabling easier fixture removal or repositioning since the bolt remains in the shield. Also known as 'Projection Bolt' sleeve anchors, they are widely used for fixing balustrades, handrails, racking, and securing machinery, among other applications. Ensure the correct socket drive or spanner is used to ensure accurate installation. The Zinc Yellow Passivation process adds a yellow dye and provides a coating that is aesthetically pleasing and corrosion resistant.
