This Solar Parasol String Light uses 72 warm white LEDs to create a cosy fairy-light effect for outdoor spaces. It runs on solar power, so there is no mains wiring required. The light string is designed to be easy to install: start from the middle of your umbrella and attach the strings along the parasol arms using the supplied cable ties, with a maximum length of 1.2 m per string. A 2 m wire runs from the lights to the solar panel, allowing flexible placement for optimal sunlight exposure. The solar panel includes a portable clip for fixed positioning to catch direct sun. The LEDs are designed to be durable in the elements and environmentally friendly, charging a rechargeable battery by day and lighting up automatically at night. The duration of illumination depends on daylight exposure and the brightness of the day, with typical times varying by season: Spring 2–5 hours, Summer up to 6 hours, Autumn 2–5 hours and Winter 0–2 hours. Replacement Smart Solar 1.2V AA Ni-MH 400 mAh batteries are available separately, and regular cleaning of the solar panel is recommended to maintain optimum performance.
