General description The Climashield Masonry Protection Cream is a VOC-free, water-based protective treatment designed for brickwork, masonry, and render. This deeply penetrating cream acts as a highly effective damp proofer and brick sealer, forming a robust barrier against penetrating damp while allowing the substrate to breathe and release trapped moisture. Technical specifications Volume: 1 Litre Coverage: 5 m² per litre on standard brickwork; up to 10 m² per litre on dense, less absorbent surfaces Minimum application temperature: 10°C Chemical composition: Viscous masonry cream based on Advanced Silane/Siloxane chemistry Durability: Lasts up to 25 years Compatibility and accessories Can be painted over with specialist silicate-based masonry paints (e.g., Seciltek & Earthborn) after curing for 7 days Not suitable for use over K Rend or Monocouche render systems Can be used on softwood (e.g., pine), but not recommended for hardwoods (e.g., oak, teak, mahogany) Installation Ensure
