Breathable & Solvent Free: A breathable, waterproof sealant for all types of porous rendered and masonry surfaces. The water seal is a breathable impregnating sealer, free from VOCs, suitable for render & masonry on new builds, as well as historic or old listed buildings. Once applied, the waterproof spray for render, brickwork and masonry will help prevent water ingress on external walls, as well as allowing moisture to release from the inside at the same time. Clear Invisible Finish: Once dry, the clear sealant for render, masonry and brickwork leaves a natural matt finish. The outdoor sealant will maintain the original look of the surface without changing its colour, texture or appearance. Furthermore, the exterior sealant is completely invisible once dry, preserving the original appearance of render, brick or stone. The transparent waterproof sealant outdoor can also be used as a brick sealer, masonry sealer and natural stone sealer. For best results, the clear brick sealant spray should only be used on porous substrates. Suitable for: The render sealer is an outdoor sealant and invisible wall sealant suitable for use on modern renders like K-Rend, silicone renders, monocouche & older general sand & cement renders. The water repellent sealant is also suitable for use on brickwork, natural stone, sandstone, limestone, granite, slate, concrete & lime pointing. As long as the surface is porous, the wall sealant can be applied to help prevent water ingress and damp, as well as the spread of algae and other forms of organic growth. Penetrates & Waterproofs: After application, the impregnating brick sealer and masonry sealer will absorb deep into the substrate. This will give the protection of a clear waterproof sealant without creating a visible surface film. The clear outdoor sealant for render offers excellent resistance against rainwater, UV exposure, damp, dirt, grime, pollution deposits and organic growth. Application & Coverage: For best results, apply a mist coat of the water sealant by sprayer to enable a single heavier coat to key successfully onto the render, giving 2 coats in total. On K-Rend and Monocouche types of render, coverage around 5m² per litre of the water seal is to be expected. On more porous substrates, reduced coverage of approx. 4m² per litre of the transparent waterproof sealant can be expected.
