The Smith Method Pro MIPS Ski Helmet is engineered to provide reliable protection combined with thoughtful comfort for a variety of winter sports enthusiasts. Designed with the incorporation of Multi-directional Impact Protection System (MIPS) technology, this helmet offers enhanced safety by reducing rotational forces during impacts. Lightweight construction is achieved through in-mould technology, which fuses the helmet's outer shell with its internal EPS foam liner. This method not only reduces weight but also improves durability without compromising strength. Weighing approximately 400 grams, the Method Pro offers ease of wear over extended periods on the slopes. Adjustability is addressed by the Wheel Fit System, allowing a precise and secure fit that can be easily modified, even while wearing gloves. The helmet also features detachable earpads for adaptable comfort depending on weather and preference. Ventilation is managed by Smith's Automatic Climate Control system, which maintains airflow to prevent overheating whilst keeping warmth when conditions demand it. Practicality extends to the integration of a goggle fastening system, ensuring secure storage of eyewear during periods of rest. The helmet's combination of functional elements supports both safety and comfort without unnecessary complexity, making it suitable for a range of skiing conditions and user needs.
