Sol Tarasco Mexican Rum 8yo, 700 ml, 42% ABV

Nose: Vanilla, toasted oak, dried fruits. Palate: Seductive, dry and explosive, with clear notes of toasted oak, vanilla and spice. Finish: Long and persistent. No sugar or additives added. Sol Tarasco 8 years is produced from local Mexican sugar cane grow on the volcanic red soil at an elevation of more than 4,180 FALS. It is distilled in alembic and column, before being aged in selected ex-bourbon and Spanish ex-sherry barrels from around 8 years and bottled at 40% ABV.
