OMEGA 3, 6 AND 9 BLEND: Solgar Omega 3-6-9 combines fatty acids from fish, flaxseed and borage oils. These essential fats need to be part of our diet, as the body cannot make them on its own. PURE AND SAFE: To ensure purity and safety, Solgar Omega 3-6-9 uses oil that has been molecularly distilled. The blend combines fish, flaxseed and borage oils. OMEGA SOURCES: Fish oil from anchovy, mackerel and sardines combines with flaxseed and borage oils. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.
