Spanish Meatball Complete Mix 100g (makes a 1kg batch)

A traditional Spanish meatball mix with a hint of smoky paprika, garlic & chorizo. Add 100g meatball mix to 780g minced meat, add 120ml cold water (alter to desired consistency) Mix till combined and shape to the desired size of meatball. Cook either in the oven, pan or grill until cooked through, serve as required. The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the meatball. Leave meatball in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat Use meatball trays to store your meatballs that allow your meatballs to hold their shape.
