Tonys TipsI prefer the lever tap handle to the alternative twist tap because the pouring operation is easier to control (especially after a few pints!) the smooth accurate action of the lever avoids the sometimes jerkier, incremental action of the "twist type" and avoids possible gushing! To ensure good pressure retention, there is a very useful Steel "C" Spanner for tightening the tap into the Barrel available separately from Balliihoo.Be sure to fit the sealing washer on the outside of the Barrel. (not inside the Barrel!)
