Forgefix Spectre PZ Compatible Wood Screws are advanced multi-purpose wood screws designed for a range of woodworking applications, including furniture assembly and load-bearing timber construction. They feature a countersunk recessed head compatible with Pozi PZ drivers and bits, and are fully threaded along most of their length for versatility in joining wood. The 3.5 x 40mm size is supplied in a pack of 200 screws, with a zinc yellow passivated finish that provides corrosion resistance and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The design includes a sawtooth thread to help prevent material splitting, a reamer to reduce jacking during installation, and a quick start type 17 slash point to aid initial bite. The screws are CE approved for load-bearing timber construction.
