Forgefix Spectre PZ Compatible Wood Screws are advanced multi-purpose screws designed for superior performance in load-bearing timber construction. They feature a countersunk, pozidrive-compatible recessed head and are fully threaded up to 50mm, with a sawtooth thread to prevent splitting and a reamer to avoid jacking for screws 50mm and above. The quick-start type 17 slash point ensures easy insertion, while a zinc yellow passivated finish provides excellent corrosion resistance and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The screws are surface hardened to enhance durability and are CE approved for use in load-bearing timber applications.
