PINEAPPLE & PEACH AROMAS – Fresh pineapple and ripe peach lead the aromatic profile, accompanied by a subtle hint of fennel that brings an appealing savoury dimension. ZESTY CITRUS CHARACTER – Layers of lemon and lime peel give the palate a lively citrus character, balancing the richer fruit flavours and creating a fresh, expressive white wine.
