Palate: Almonds, pecan pie and butterscotch open the palate, then peat builds with cigar box and old library notes. Salty, earthy, briny undercurrents carry a coastal maturity through a refined, lingering finish. Finish: Refined with a hint of peat smoke. Dunnage warehouse; earthy, bung cloth.
