Spyder Leader insulated men's ski jacket. A purpose-built jacket for alpine days when weather and conditions change, combining high waterproofing with technical insulation and purposeful detailing. The shell is made from a recycled polyester blend with 4-way stretch and a durable water repellent finish that is PFAS free. Waterproof rating is 30,000 mm H2O and breathability is 20,000 g/m²/24h, with fully taped seams to keep moisture out while allowing internal vapour to escape. Warmth comes from PrimaLoft Black Eco insulation, chosen for its compressibility, loft and reliable thermal performance even when damp. The regular fit leaves room for midlayers and movement, while stretch panels maintain freedom of motion when climbing or carving. Practical features include a helmet compatible, adjustable and detachable hood, a detachable snow gaiter, and an adjustable hem and waist for a tailored seal against snow. Underarm ventilation zips with mesh backing provide on-the-fly cooling during vigorous ascents or spring conditions. Organisation is thoughtful and ski specific. You get a waterproof main zipper with chin protector, YKK hardware throughout, a ski pass pocket on the sleeve, a vertical chest pocket, an inner pocket layout for valuables, and a dedicated goggle pocket lined with a soft goggle cleaner. Cuffs are adjustable with stretch and integrated thumbholes to keep sleeves in place, while the jacket includes a detachable powder skirt and fully taped seams for added weather protection.
